Meet & greet
Free, at your home, about 30 minutes, with the sitter who would care for your pets. Pick a slot on the calendar or text Kelly.
Your pet’s file
Feeding, meds, red flags, the vet, emergency contacts, gate and lockbox codes. Every sitter sees it before they knock.
Paperwork, once
Service agreement, veterinary release and key release, read and signed on your phone. Nothing is scheduled until they are on file.
Card on file
Stored securely by Stripe, never by us. You are charged for completed visits, with a receipt each time.
What a visit looks like
- Arrive. The visit timer starts and your pet’s notes are on the sitter’s screen.
- Do the visit. Fed, water, meds, potty, play: one tap each, photos taken in the app.
- Leave. The timer stops and the walk route is drawn on a map with distance and time.
- You get the record. Text, email and app notification with the photos, the checklist, the map and a note, seconds later.

Your side of it
From the client login or the app you can request visits or a recurring schedule, see what is booked this week, open every past report and photo, update feeding, meds or a new gate code yourself, message us without our personal numbers, and download receipts and signed documents.
Reports also go out by text and email, so you have the proof even on a day you never open the app.
