Privacy

Palm Coast Pet Sitters LLC collects the information you give us to care for your pets: your name, phone, email, address, access details such as gate or lockbox codes, emergency contacts, your veterinarian, and your pets’ care and medical notes. We also keep a record of every visit, including times, walk routes, checklists, notes and photos, so you have proof of care and we have a complete history.

How it is used

Only to schedule and perform pet care, to communicate with you about it, and to bill you. Payment card details are handled by Stripe and never stored by us. We do not sell or share your information with anyone outside the business except the services that run it (payment processing, text and email delivery, and our hosting provider).

Text messages

If you give us your mobile number we may text you about your bookings, reminders and visit reports. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. See the text message terms.

Photos

Photos taken during visits are attached to your visit reports for you. We only share photos of your pets publicly with your written consent.

Your data

You can ask for a copy or deletion of your records at any time by emailing palmcoastpetsitters@gmail.com. This site uses no advertising or tracking cookies.
